## We can help with

* A request that fails for a reason the docs do not explain
* Credits or billing on your API key
* Plan features and limits
* Anything in the reference you think is wrong

### Before you contact us

Include these in your message:

* The `request_id` from the error body
* The endpoint you called, such as `POST /photoshoots`
* The time you called it, in UTC

  Never send your full API key. If you must share one, send only the first few
  characters, and rotate the key afterward in Settings > API keys.
